Today's Detroit Free Press related that Christian Muller is appealing to the MSC the recent ruling that he couldn't permit his live-in girlfriend to cohabit when his daughters were spending parenting time with him.

I'm very interested in this case and update on this case. A very similiar decision was just handed down to me in Virginia and I'm debating next steps. Can someone help?

Hi Jeanne,
Do you anticipate a new case being introduced in Michigan now that we have a much more liberal slant to the Michigan Supreme Court?
