Do you anticipate a new case being introduced in Michigan now that we have a much more liberal slant to the Michigan Supreme Court?

On March 8, 2006, the Michigan Supreme Court denied the application for leave to appeal. That Order can be read here.

I'm very interested in this case and update on this case. A very similiar decision was just handed down to me in Virginia and I'm debating next steps. Can someone help?
