Sometimes there are family emergencies and the only person available to call 911 is a child. Today I saw the most amazing video with a recording of a 911 call between the dispatcher and a 5-year old. "Stay calm, Dad," says little Savannah. You'll not only find this video poignant, but it may convince you to teach to your children or grandchildren how to call 911, or even do a little role-playing so they learn how to handle emergencies.
