If you suspect that somebody is monitoring your computer activity there are countermeasures available that will help you to detect and remove software that spies on you (key loggers). Examples include : http://www.spywarespecialist.com/ or http://spycop.com/ or better yet, call a computer maintenance professional who will thoroughly scan your system for problems.

Jeanne Hannah of the Updates in Michigan Family Law Blog has posted a wonderful list of tips for something many people fail to consider when they are researching online for information about a divorce and their spouse has access to the same computer.
